What is Gather Madison?
Gather Madison is a free community event hosted by Madison Visionary Partners. It’s designed to bring people of all ages and backgrounds together to share a meal, connect with one another, and celebrate our amazing community.

When and where is it happening?
Gather Madison will take place on Sunday, November 8th, 2026 at Home Place Park in Downtown Madison. The event will run from 12:30-2:30 p.m. and will be a day filled with food, live music, and conversation.
 

Do I need a ticket or RSVP?
Nope! Gather Madison is completely free and open to everyone. Just come as you are and join us at the table.

What’s on the menu?
A delicious community meal will be provided free of charge. Guests will enjoy chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans, rolls, and dessert.

Can I bring my family?
Absolutely! Gather Madison is designed for people of all ages. There will be activities and entertainment for kids and adults alike.

Where should I park?
Free parking will be available near Home Place Park at the Madison City Stadium.

Is this event really free?
Yes! Thanks to the generous support of local sponsors and partners, there’s no cost to attend or eat.
 

What if it rains?

Gather Madison will take place rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, we’ll post updates on our website and social media pages with the indoor location in Madison.

How can I get involved or volunteer?
We’d love your help! Volunteers are a huge part of what makes this event special. Visit our volunteer page for any open spots. If the spots are full, then just come and participate!
