Miracle League of Madison

Madison Visionary Partners is serving as a fiscal sponsor for a grassroots, community-led effort to bring a Miracle League field to Palmer Park.

In November 2022, the Miracle League of Madison became one of the newest members of The Miracle League. Since then, the citizen-led committee has been working behind the scenes to construct renderings, formulate cost estimates, and other project planning essentials.

 

On January 26, they signed an agreement with Madison Visionary Partners to become the fiscal sponsor of this transformative project within the City of Madison that will remove barriers keeping children with mental and physical disabilities off the baseball field.

The eventual project build-out once funding has been secured will be led by the Madison, Alabama Parks and Recreation department. The field and park complex will be located within Palmer Park; renderings will be coming in the Spring of 2023.
