Meet the Madison Visionary Partners board! This month we are featuring Markeisha Layne.

Markeisha is a native of Birmingham but has lived in North Alabama for the past 18 years. She has called Madison home for 10 years, where she resides with her husband Jeff and their amazing son Jeffery.
Markeisha has a career in banking that has spanned over 20 years. She has spent the last 4 years with Synovus, now Pinnacle Bank, where she currently serves a Senior Vice President Financial Advisor. In this role she manages relationships with many commercial and small business owners in our community. Her career has afforded her the opportunity to not only build relationships in our community and help others achieve their financial dreams but to also give back through many volunteering efforts.
She has volunteered her time and expertise to many organizations. She currently serves on the board of Madison Visionary Partners and Food Bank of North Alabama. She also serves as a class director for the Alabama Banking School. Outside of work and volunteering, Markeisha loves traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.

Why do you like working/living in Madison?
"I love living in Madison because of the great sense of community I feel every day. I feel welcomed and cared for in every space I'm a part of. Madison is a proud city who supports their own, from local businesses down to our amazing schools."
